I know first-hand what it feels like to not be okay. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol Drug Counselor (LACDC) with extensive training in Trauma and CBT for Chronic Pain. As a Gay Therapist with ADHD, I have extensive experience in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and folks who are Neurodivergent.
I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities to create sustainable change in life. The first few sessions will be getting to know your goals and what you hope you change with life. My practice is unique because I know the specific strengths and struggles of the Queer community and Mental Health.
