Life can get overwhelming and sometimes it feels as if your own thoughts are causing more stress. When anxiety and stress turn your daily life into something chaotic, it is best to talk with someone and get back on track. This is where I can help.
I'm here to help you understand the cause of these feelings and develop healthy patterns that actually work for you. Together we will work to help you let go of unwanted feelings or thoughts so you can move forward and create a life which feels authentic and joyful.
Whether you are wanting to make big changes in life or simply make it through this current storm, I want to help you!
I work well with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and daily tension. While generally eclectic in my approach, I use aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as the philosophy of Taoism to help my clients feel daily peace and contentment. Helping them to learn how to manage emotions and make better life decisions.
It can feel scary reaching out to a therapist, but I assure you making the right decision with this first step to improve your life. If you are still unsure, though, we can have a quick, 15-minute conversation to discuss what you are dealing with and how I can help.
