My path into therapy started with a deep desire to understand people: what they carry, how they cope, and what helps them truly heal. My background in school psychology gave me a strong foundation, but I felt called to go deeper, which led me to pursue advanced training in mental health. I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath stress, survival, and past experiences. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.
I work with teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, and somatic work to help you understand patterns, regulate emotions, and feel more grounded.
