I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD. This condition is highly treatable—but only with the right approach. That's why many people spend years in therapy without seeing results. With ERP, we won't just talk about OCD—we’ll actively work with it. Together, we’ll build a clear plan and use structured, targeted exposures to help you face fears, resist compulsions, and make real, measurable progress.

Not all therapists who list ERP use it regularly or with depth. Because ERP for OCD comprises 95% of my practice, I bring a high level of precision and consistency to this work. ERP can be challenging, but when applied correctly and consistently, it’s one of the most effective ways to break free from OCD.

In addition to specialized training, I bring firsthand experience with OCD and have undergone ERP myself. This helps me guide the process with both clinical rigor and a practical understanding of what the work actually feels like. I do not take insurance. This allows me to provide specialized, focused care without insurance restrictions and to protect your privacy. My fee is $125 per 55-minute session. Many of my OCD clients are able to meet every other week and still make meaningful progress.
