I help adults and couples(+) recover from heartbreak, betrayal, sexual disconnection, and relationship pain. My work helps people understand what happened, protect themselves wisely, and learn to relationship differently.
At Sapient, I offer psychotherapy and sex therapy for adults and relationships. I help people untangle long-term patterns around sex, desire, and attachment, as well as the anxiety, shame, or sadness that often come with them. I work with individuals, couples, and multi-partner relationships, including people who are opening up or already living poly/ENM.
Sapient also offers sex and life coaching with Andrea. Coaching is a good fit if you want a practical, action-focused space to work on sex, confidence, and relationships without diagnosis. If you’re not sure where to start, I’ll help you choose: therapy with me, coaching with Andrea, or a blend.
