Hi there, I'm Christopher! I help adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions using EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and person-centered therapy in a supportive, collaborative space. I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, I'll provide a supportive space to help you heal, build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change
Treatment goals are developed collaboratively based on your unique needs, values, and priorities. Together, we'll break larger goals into manageable steps, track your progress, and adjust our approach as you grow. My goal is to help you build lasting skills and confidence beyond therapy.
