Hi there, I'm Christopher! I help adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions using EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and person-centered therapy in a supportive, collaborative space. I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, I'll provide a supportive space to help you heal, build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change
