With several years of experience working with youth in the foster care system, I have developed a deep understanding of trauma, attachment wounds, and the long-term impact of instability. This experience allows me to support adolescents navigating identity, emotional regulation, and family challenges, as well as adults who may be carrying unresolved trauma.
I use practical, evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT to help you build skills for resilience and lasting change. If desired, I am able to integrate faith into counseling. My goal is to help you get to the root of the issues through comprehensive care, not surface symptoms.
