Life in this ever-changing world continues to be harder than it's ever been for many people. Adults and young adults alike are challenged in new and unpredictable ways every day. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space of comfort and safety for all who come through the door. Together with your unique experiences and needs alongside my clinical expertise and training we will look inward and explore the thoughts and beliefs about how life has been or should be, while building the bridge to new ground rooted in discovery, growth, and healing.

I specialize in working with adults and young adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, and more. I also hold an advanced license to treat addiction and co-occurring conditions in all ages. I offer compassionate and high-quality therapy services with a range of modalities influencing an approach to treatment as unique as your individual needs.
