I specialize in treating conditions that are related to experiencing trauma, including depressive, anxiety, personality, bipolar, and trauma disorders. I also specialize in treating neurodivergent individuals. My approach is eclectic, which means that I draw from many schools of thought and therapy methods to create plans specifically tailored to you.
One of the things that I have learned during my time as a professional so far is that therapy is more about self-discovery than about fixing something broken.
