I believe what sets me apart from any other therapist you will find is my own personal life experience, my educational background in Philosophy, and my 20 years in public education working with individuals, both young and old, from countless cultures and backgrounds. I specialize in treating conditions that are related to experiencing trauma, including depressive, anxiety, personality, bipolar, and trauma disorders. I also specialize in treating neurodivergent individuals. My approach is eclectic, which means that I draw from many schools of thought and therapy methods to create plans specifically tailored to you.

One of the things that I have learned during my time as a professional so far is that therapy is more about self-discovery than about fixing something broken.
