I enjoy working with adults, seniors, and older teens, and have experience treating issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and substance abuse. My approach combines my background in depth psychology with EMDR, mindfulness, and neuroscience to address the underlying causes of emotional suffering and facilitate personal and spiritual growth.
