If I'm not the perfect fit, I'll help find a counselor that is. I work with many issues faced by people age 20-60. I specialize in PTSD, complex PTSD, complex anxieties and depression often using EMDR as an adjunct to traditional solution focused talk therapy. It's an approach often helpful for survivors of abuse, chaotic childhoods, and first responders. I work with young adults and adults that feel anxious or depressed or just stressed out. This includes clients that are suicidal, self-injure and mismanage anger.
