If I'm not the perfect fit, I'll help find a counselor that is. I work with many issues faced by people age 20-60. I specialize in PTSD, complex , complex anxieties and depression often using EMDR as an adjunct to traditional solution focused talk therapy. It's an approach often helpful for survivors of abuse, chaotic childhoods, and first responders. I work with teenagers and adults that feel anxious or depressed or just stressed out. This includes clients that are suicidal, self-injure and mismanage anger.
