Life is hard, there's no going around that fact. I am here not only to support your in your journey to your best self but also to challenge you to be the best version of yourself. My goal is that by the end of our work together, you will no longer need me and have developed skills and learned information that will get you where you want to be.
I take time to get to know the person in front of me and tailor an approach not only supported by research but also fits with who you are.
