Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been in practice for over 31 years. I completed my undergraduate and graduate work in San Diego, and during this time wrote my diseration on Stress and Burn out. This time in my career was instrumental in working with those who have stress, anxiety and depression and redirecting their focus onto healthy coping strategies.
In our first session, we will spend some time getting to know each other before we start discussing the issues that you would like to address in therapy. A treatment plan specific to your concerns will be implemented over the next few sessions and used to help guide and measure your progress.
Having worked in the mental health field for over 31 years I have had the opportunity to work and hone my skills as a clinician. With strong clinical skills, compassion and curiosity, I find it fullfilling working with those who are motivated in addressing their mental health concerns.
