Grounding in a person-centered therapeutic approach, I view our work as a partnership. I aim to provide a space where clients feel an authentic connection, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I draw from several modalities to help clients navigate transitions, explore identites, face anxiety/fear, navigate transitions and process past trauma.
