I am a Christian, though I work with people from many backgrounds and approach each individual with respect and the same care.
My primary focus is treating PTSD/trauma using, Anxiety and Depression using EMDR as a primary method. I also work with other mental health concerns and with couples. I have experience treating addictions. My approach is person-centered and I integrate my knowledge and skills to meet you where you are.
I understand that seeking help can be difficult and may create anxiety for a number of reasons. My desire is to help you feel comfortable and supported through this process so that you can find the healing and freedom that you desire.
