The most common struggles I help clients learn to change their relationships with are anxiety and intrusive thoughts, career stressors, and eating concerns.
The primary psychotherapies I use are Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I primarily work with adults and couples across a variety of concerns both in person and via secure telehealth options. I am also available to conduct a variety of psychometric assessments.
