Over the years, it has been my privilege and honor to serve many different populations. Most recently, I have spent a lot of time working with marital and family issues as well as addictions of various kinds.
I also enjoy assisting clients with stage of life challenges like remarriage, adjustments after the birth of your first child, teen years, empty nest, or dealing with chronic illness.
Many of these issues are usually connected to stress and anxiety management; an area I have also worked with extensively. My experience and education are difficult to encapsulate into just a few areas.
With knowledge gained from past experience and training in wellness, I often incorporate the very basics of eating healthy, and staying active, because they can impact the client's success in dealing with their particular issues.
I have been told by past coworkers and clients alike that I have a talent and passion for listening to others intently and empowering them to take control of their lives.
