Hi! I am so glad you found my page and are taking the time to explore what you may be needing in your life. I value the safety and trust created in the relationship between a therapist and client. I believe we are all humans and are wired for healing, growth and change. I would love to be part of your journey. I specialize in eating disorders and work with clients wanting to heal their relationship with food, fitness and body image. In addition, I help individuals come back or rediscover their core authentic selves, relationship dynamics, sex and navigate non-monogamy/polyamory.
I also work with adolescents and young adults. As a former school counselor with over a decade of experience, I have helped many adolescents and families with a range of issues, including social skills, goal setting, anxiety, emotion regulation, depression, and divorce/family transitions.
