I believe that so often we are hurt in relationships AND that we can be healed in relationship. My aim in working with you is just that - to foster a real healing relationship in which we can explore your experiences in new and meaningful ways to foster insight, healing, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

You are not broken! believe that so many of our internal struggles arise from meaningful attempts to cope with pain. I aim to create a space where those protective parts of you can be met with compassion, not judgment. Together, we can work to understand patterns, build resilience, and help you move toward a life of meaning and integration.
