I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in working with individuals/couples in recovery from sex addiction, pornography addiction, and/or love addiction. I support betrayed partners who are struggling to make sense of how best to move forward in the wake of traumatic discovery. In my work with couples impacted by sexual addiction, betrayal, or infidelity, I support the relationship repair process by providing immediate structure and communication tools. I have extensive experience with Therapeutic Disclosure, Impact Letters, and other recovery interventions. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and incorporate it to support efficient trauma processing and symptom relief. I am a trained Deceptive Sexuality and Trauma Therapist (DSTT), having completed all three levels of Professional Education and Training with Dr. Omar Minwalla.
My therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to the specific concerns each client brings to therapy. I believe in working collaboratively to help you develop new insights, awareness, and concrete strategies that lead to a more authentic and connected way of living. Groups
Men’s Pornography Addiction Recovery TUE 6pm
This psychotherapy group establishes a safe, non-judgemental space for men to find support and receive feedback from other men in recovery from pornography addiction. Topics covered in this group focus on common patterns and themes for individuals recovering from pornography addiction, as well as identifying ways to support a partner/spouse who has been harmed through discovery of pornography use. This is a “closed” weekly group (as opposed to a “drop-in whenever” group) and is limited to 6 members.
