I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in working with individuals/couples in recovery from sexual addiction, pornography addiction, and/or love addiction. I support betrayed partners who are struggling to make sense of how best to move forward in the wake of traumatic discovery. In my work with couples impacted by sexual addiction, betrayal, or infidelity, I support the relationship repair process by providing immediate structure and communication tools. I have extensive experience with Therapeutic Disclosure, Impact Letters, other recovery structures. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). I joined Foundry Clinical Group in 2019, under the guidance of Jenner Bishop. I have completed all 3 levels of Professional Education & Training on Dr. Omar Minwalla's Deceptive Sexuality and Trauma (DST) model and treatment.
My therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to the specific concerns each client brings to therapy. I believe in working collaboratively to help you develop new insights, awareness, and concrete strategies that lead to a more authentic and connected way of living. Men’s Pornography Addiction Recovery TUE 6pm
This psychotherapy group establishes a safe, non-judgemental space for men to find support and receive feedback from other men in recovery from pornography addiction. Topics covered in this group focus on common patterns and themes for individuals recovering from pornography addiction, as well as identifying ways to support a partner/spouse who has been harmed through discovery of pornography use. This is a “closed” weekly group (as opposed to a “drop-in whenever” group) and is limited to 6 members.
