About
My private practice is just that, 'private'. Your privacy is very important, especially now with so much of your personal information being easily accessed through the internet. I am self-pay and DO NOT use health insurance. I will not put a diagnosis on you, label you, or write notes on what is discussed during our sessions to put them on the internet, so I can get paid. Your medical records stay with you throughout your ENTIRE life! What you share and work on during sessions and groups is kept 100% confidential and stays in my office unless court ordered. If this sounds like something you think would work for you, contact me.
Your mental health, should be a priority in the same way you prioritize your physical health. There is a strong connection between mental and physical health. When you engage in therapy, you make an investment in yourself, therefore improving your overall wellbeing.
Christine at Meaningful Balance allows you the opportunity to speak openly about your thoughts and feelings, in a comfortable and confidential environment. Christine specializes in addiction, chronic relapse and anxiety/depression. Christine's responsibility is to deliver expert care seriously and have a sincere interest in her client's wellbeing.
