Accepting New Clients - I specialize in working with women and emerging adults. I have experience with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, life transitions, relational conflicts, and self esteem. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Interventions I may use include expanding mindfulness practices, exploring thought patterns that create distress, identifying how to live your values in daily life and practices for you to take outside of the counseling session.
