I specialize in working with women and emerging adults. I have experience with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, life transitions, relational conflicts, and self esteem. Whether it is daily life stressors or traumatic circumstances that seem to keep holding you down, I am all about building resiliency so that no matter what comes your way, you know that you have the strength and support to deal with it. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Interventions I may use include expanding mindfulness practices, exploring thought patterns that create distress, identifying how to live your values in daily life and practices for you to take outside of the counseling session.
