I am a Clinical Social Worker, having worked in the field for 30 years. I work with women, men, couples and teens surrounding Depression and Anxiety. I utilize the interpersonal psychodynamic approach, as well as aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
