I am passionate about working with children aged 5 to 18, as well as young adults, to help them achieve their fullest potential. My goal is to assist children and young adults in finding peace and resolution amidst life’s challenges and negative experiences. I specialize in Trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Behavioral problems.

I emphasize the importance of understanding our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, as this knowledge plays a crucial role in our daily lives. I often use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) in my practice. In EMDR we use bilateral stimulation which will help unlock overwhelming feelings or memories. Unlocking these feelings or memories will enable the brain to naturally heal. I find clients decrease their negative symptoms quicker while using EMDR in session.
