I am passionate about working with children aged 5 to 18, as well as young adults, to help them achieve their fullest potential. My goal is to assist children and young adults in finding peace and resolution amidst life’s challenges and negative experiences. I specialize in Trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Behavioral problems. I also provide ADHD and Autism evaluations for clients aged 6 and up. This summer, I am offering small therapeutic groups focused on: social skills, emotional, regulation, friendship building, flexible thinking, confidence, coping skills, executive functioning, and back-to-school transitions.
I emphasize the importance of understanding our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, as this knowledge plays a crucial role in our daily lives. Groups
Summer 2026 Tween and Kid Social Skills Group
Summer social skills and therapeutic groups for children and teens in Tulsa and Broken Arrow. Groups support kids with ADHD, autism, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and social struggles. Sessions focus on friendship skills, confidence, communication, coping skills, flexible thinking, and peer relationships in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment. Summer groups can help children prepare for a new school year, school transitions, and social situations while building confidence and emotional awareness. Open to both current and new clients. HSA/FSA accepted.
