I am passionate about working with children aged 5 to 18, as well as young adults, to help them achieve their fullest potential. My goal is to assist children and young adults in finding peace and resolution amidst life’s challenges and negative experiences. I specialize in Trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Behavioral problems.
I emphasize the importance of understanding our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, as this knowledge plays a crucial role in our daily lives. As a Certified EMDR therapist and an EMDRIA consultant in Training, I am dedicated to fostering positive outcomes. If you are interested in learning more about EMDR, check out my website!
Witnessing a client’s growth and development brings me immense joy, and I strive to create a cohesive environment for families to thrive together. Outside of my therapeutic work, I enjoy running, baking & cooking, and spending time with her husband, 2 kids, and 2 dogs!
