Hi there! I am so proud of you for starting the process of being the best version of you! Some of my main focuses are on maintaining a respectful, ethical, inclusive, and empathetic environment with individualized treatment for all clients. I have worked with clients in individual and group settings dealing with an expansive range of concerns from behavioral issues, mood and personality disorders, co-occurring diagnoses, comorbid diagnoses, etc. This experience has assisted me in fine-tuning a cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused approach.
This conjunction of approaches allow clients to identify their goals, emotions, and potential reactions to lead a more fulfilled and self-sustaining life. I am devoted to helping my clients move towards and accomplish their goals while refining their strengths.
