With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to self-esteem, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and codependency, as well as life transitions, motherhood, and relationship dynamics. I utilize a psychodynamic, strength-based, and solution-focused approach. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma and unresolved emotions. Furthermore, I integrate mind-body connection techniques to teach clients how emotions are stored in the body, allowing them to gain control and lead healthier lives.
I enjoy helping clients discovery exactly who they are and what they need to do to be the best versions of themselves. This can be done by developing new patterns of behavior and/or sorting through difficult experiences or family of origin issues. I bring a nurturing environment with a pinch of levity to help teach clients new tools to cope more effectively.
