About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children dealing with a wide array of issues that impair their ability to function to their full potential. These issues include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues including separation and divorce, grief/loss, parenting issues, behavior control, emotional stress due to life transitions, and self esteem issues.
I provide both short and long term psychotherapy within the bounds of a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
I tailor therapy to fit the unique needs of the client and view therapy as a collaborative process in which the therapist facilitates and guides the client in exploring issues that impair their quality of life. This is done while recognizing how earlier life experiences impact current issues and symptoms.
Through therapy, I help clients to improve their self-expression, increase their self-awareness and self-acceptance, and help them find more positive and productive ways of relating to self and others.
