I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal skill building, people pleasing, identity work, and sex therapy utilizing a trauma informed approach. With a history in sex education, I am also kink and sex work aligned and work comfortably within alternative relationship structures and lifestyles.
I utilize a collaborative model for treatment planning and goal setting. The significance of intersectionality takes priority in my space, as well as the opportunity to provide my clients with a judgement-free environment. I predominantly practice within IFS, ACT, EMDR, and DBT treatment modalities.
