About
Sometimes personal turbulence makes it hard for us to weather the storms in our lives. When we have depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction to substances or simply addiction to negative patterns of thinking, therapy can help us to get on the right track. With nineteen years of experience, I can helpyou to focus and to find solutions . Many people are apprehensive about what therapy can do for them. There are many different modalities or approaches in therapy I can share with you, but I will begin by listening to you, without judgement. My goal is to get to know you as a person first and then, to provide you with input.
During our time together I will provide you with safe ways to heal your past, recover from trauma or addiction and help you develop belief in yourself again. My sense of humor and years of experience can bring both clarity and hope. I want you to have the opportunity to be both heard and validated as you share and open up to possibilities and growth
My experience with such modalities as EMDR can help you track your progress and guide you towards positive outcomes. It is my goal to help you become a stronger more vibrant version of yourself; understanding your potential, and enjoying your life more fully! My new practice is currently accepting new clients at both my Ashfield and Greenfield locations.
