I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 16 years of experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging moments. As a therapist at Verity Mental Health, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I work with adults navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and substance use. I believe every individual is worthy of healing and has a unique story to share.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Attachment-based Therapy. I am also EMDR-trained.
I have extensive experience working in crisis, outpatient, and residential settings; advocacy; harm reduction; and community mental health.
