Hello! My name is Christine Thorp, I am a LPC in Colorado and a National Certified Counselor. I received my MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado and previously graduated with a BA in Art and a BA Education at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. This education has given me the knowledge and ability to implement different treatment interventions alongside traditional therapy.
I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I specialize in working with neurodivergence. I believe in a client-centered approach and will include you in every aspect of treatment.
My main approach is a combination of Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Attachment-Based, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Art Therapy. I value your input and will tailor my approach accordingly.
