When life gets dark, it is hard to see the light. All it takes is one step to begin to find your way again. At the core of my practice is support, trust, and the inherent worthiness of each individual. I walk beside you offering my encouragement, support and knowledge on your path to healing, connection and wellness. Though I work with many of life’s difficulties my focus is generally in working with adults who have trouble with stress, anxiety, fear, rejection, the feeling of "not enough", depression, sadness, life transitions, self-esteem, understanding and being understood.
I draw on mindfulness, acceptance, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and person centered approaches to best fit your needs. The ultimate goal being to work with life, not against it as you define who you are and what it means to be you. As an Art Therapist and Counselor I can integrate art as a unique reflective process to truly connect with yourself.
