About
Welcome. If you are looking for a therapist who will hear you, see you, and accept you, then I'm glad you found me. Yes, even the prickly, sensitive, angry, closed-off, "I don't know where to start," tearful sides of you. I provide safe space for adult individuals who need to process some overwhelming, confusing, or traumatic stuff. You deserve to express yourself and receive patient, engaged support. I have a deep understanding for complex relationships that involve emotional abuses such as gaslighting, shaming, victimization, and blaming. I will believe you.
I primarily use attachment theory in my practice. This means that I want to get to know you, connect with you, find truth and meaning in your experiences, validate your pain, and offer a comforting environment for everything to unfold. I will help you better understand the signals your body is sending you, strengthening wholeness of self.
This point in your life can feel consistently supportive instead of lonely, confusing, or frustrating. Every story is unique, and I have over a decade of experience to help you gain a clearer vision of your own path. Reach out when it feels right - you will be welcomed in. I'm so looking forward to it.
