Therapy is pointless. If I could feel or act differently, I would. Have you ever felt this way? As a young adult, I sought out different therapists as I transitioned through different stages of adulthood. Often I would walk away frustrated because I felt many of those therapists only managed the surface of my problems. When I became a therapist I devoted myself to becoming one that would actually be helpful for my clients. As your therapist, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
My approach goes beyond talking about problems. We connect insight with emotional experience so real change can happen. During our sessions, expect a focused, collaborative, and active process. I enjoy my work and I'm excited to help you. I offer morning, afternoon and evening sessions.
