I am honored to work with individuals who have experienced assault, relationship violence, complex trauma or disruption to their sense of safety and trust. Many of my clients feel invisible, dismissed, or pressured to “just move on”—especially by loved ones who don’t fully understand the impact of trauma. You might be carrying anxiety, shame, grief, guilt, or confusion about your identity and your future. You may be struggling with parenting after abuse, navigating healing while others minimize what’s happened, or trying to rebuild when you’ve been side-lined by trauma.

I provide trauma-focused therapy for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and other forms of interpersonal trauma. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique pace and story. Drawing from trauma-informed, I help clients understand how trauma affects both the mind and body.

Healing after trauma can feel lonely, especially when others don’t fully understand. You don’t have to face it alone.
