Throughout my own life and career, I’ve found that most challenges we experience as adults are tied to our childhoods, as well as generational experiences. We’ll work together to identify and explore these threads. I’m privileged to work with individuals, Children, Teens, and Adults (ages 8 and up), struggling to overcome traumatic events, difficult childhoods, grief/loss, as well as day to day anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. My clients are motivated to change and are interested in personal exploration and growth.
The bulk of the work we would do together is trauma informed talk therapy, integrated with EMDR, Mindfulness, Part work (similar to IFS), and CBT. If you’re under the age of 18, we may take a TFCBT approach. Therapy is a collaborative process and together we’ll get a feel for the direction our work will go.
