Daytime Availability - Mon-Thurs 10-12 ... Welcome! It can be hard to recognize that you might have parts of your life that you have pushed aside or are uncomfortable with. It takes a lot of courage to acknowledge this & then to take the steps to reach out to someone for assistance. I believe in working as a partner with people to explore areas that cause difficulty, to build upon solutions that have previously worked, & to learn new skills to improve one's ability to cope. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with & finding solutions that are unique to them.
I have experience working with many people and challenges- but I gravitate to & work best with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life changes, trauma, grief, bereavement, intimate partner violence, fertility, pregnancy, adoption, first responders, seniors, & those who identify as LGTBQI+.
