Hello, I am Christine - I provide a nonjudgmental and safe space for anyone struggling with their mental health. My clients have overcome depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and trauma-related disorders. I have a broad range of experience working in community centers and clinical settings with all ages from 5 to 79 years old.

I utilize a wide range of interventions such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I select the intervention to ensure lasting change.
