I am passionate about finding a way to break free from painful cycles, especially when it comes to relationship issues. I support clients with anxiety, depression, grief, marriage or couple counseling, premarital couples therapy, and family therapy. I work with couples struggling with trauma, infidelity, conflict, and intimacy. Asking for help can feel like a big step. My name is Christine, and I am a Supervisee in Social Work. I provide couples therapy using Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy modalities with resources from Developmental Couples Institute. In my individual counseling sessions I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR.
I use a trauma-informed lens to engage with you in your therapy. You can take this journey individually or welcome important people in your life. My goal is to help you better understand who you are and provide the space and skills to build the life you want.
