Groups
Queer & Connected: Being You, Together
LGBTQ+ adults at any stage of their identity journey — whether they're exploring, questioning, or already grounded in who they are. People navigating identity, relationship patterns, or feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally overwhelmed. Especially for those who rarely have a space where they can fully be themselves without having to explain or defend who they are.

Death Dialogues: Living with Morality
Adults navigating grief, loss, or existential anxiety about death who want a structured, honest space to face it alongside others -- without pressure to move on, stay positive, or pretend things feel okay. Most spaces can't hold honest conversation about death without someone trying to redirect, fix, or comfort. Death Dialogues fills that gap -- a compassionate, structured group where adults of all spiritual backgrounds can face mortality, grief, and existential uncertainty together. Each 60-minute session includes structured reflection, open dialogue, and gentle ritual. Sessions follow a weekly theme and are designed to help members feel grounded and connected.

A Support Circle for Solo Mothers
This group is for mothers who are solo parenting — whether by choice, circumstance, or transition. They're managing everything: logistics, emotions, caregiving, often without a co-parent or adequate support network. They're competent on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside. They want to feel less alone, more understood, and more like themselves again. Solo parenting can be deeply isolating. Even when you're managing well by every external measure, the absence of a co-parent, a consistent support system, or a space where your experience is truly understood can make everything heavier.
