Christine specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, OCD, and anxiety disorders in both children and adults. Her sub-specialty is scrupulosity, a subtype of obsessive-compulsive disorder characterized by religious and moral obsessions. She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Narrative Therapy. I work with trauma and OCD clients by using evidenced based practices. However, many of my clients want to integrate faith practices into their therapy, or they want to restore their faith, which has been affected by anxiety and trauma, leaving them feeling disconnected from their faith.

I use a trauma-informed therapies that emphasize safety, trust & empowerment, recognizing the impact of trauma on the individual. Trauma-sensitive techniques to are used to support healing, restore faith, enhance relationships, helping clients regain control & rebuild self-worth.
