Beginning counseling can be a difficult, sometimes scary step. I want to walk that journey with you. I believe in a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and respect. I believe in meeting you where you are in your journey and helping you to find the path that leads you to your goals.
My experience is in helping clients who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. I also work with individuals who struggle with low self-esteem, obesity, weight loss, self-harm, and depression. In addition to counseling I also offer Life Coaching and Health and Wellness Coaching.
I serve a variety of clients from pre-teen to late adulthood.
