Hello, My name is Christy Rivas, LCSW. I take a non-judgmental stance when assisting others and together we can work to achieve goals and move past challenges you may be faced with. I like to use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach along with solution focus and strength-based when helping my clients.
I typically work with those who have struggled with trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also have experience working with minors.
I find meaning and purpose in helping others. I enjoy knowing that I can use my empathy and compassion to offer my clients support in challenging times.
