I believe self-love is the basis for happiness, positive relationships, and a rich meaningful life. My goal is to help you achieve a loving relationship with yourself. There are no bad parts in us. Using the tools of Jungian psychology, dreamwork, mindfulness, bodywork, meditation, and art we can explore together how to build a deeper connection to yourself. I create a compassionate space without judgment. All of your feelings, desires. suffering, and hopes are welcome here.
I offer mindfulness, bioenergetic body work, creative visualization, and art. Working with breath, somatic experience, meditation can help you to regulate your feelings and gain some control over your internal experience.
It is a very vulnerable act to seek therapy and I understand how hard it is to reach out. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in despair, please contact me. Together we can explore where you find yourself and work toward restoring your well-being and inner peace. I offer a free 20-minute session to see if we are a good fit.
