Healing doesn't have to always be heavy. Humor, realism, and courage goes a long way. I have clinical and lived experience in the issues I work with. I use a mix of approaches. The interventions I use will be tailored to your specific needs. I use CPT to treat trauma and ERP for OCD. With couples, I assess all the unique aspects of your relationship and individual upbringings, to better understand how it all impacts you both in the present
