As a Black, bisexual woman, I've been there, too. This is exactly why sessions with me offer something different: a space to tackle challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma without the judgement and questions. Just a dedicated hour each week with someone who's walked in your shoes.
Sessions with me include multicultural-, LGBTQ-, and neurodivergent-affirming care to help you process your experiences in an inclusive, supportive environment. I offer ERP and ACT for OCD, as well as Art Therapy and DBT for anxiety and trauma. You'll walk away with tools that are both backed by science and rooted in decolonized practices.
