You may be wondering why you keep repeating patterns of behavior that you know don't benefit you or why you can't change what you're feeling despite knowing why you're feeling it. I help clients develop better insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to create lasting change. I support clients who have always felt like the "black sheep" with processing shame, building self-esteem, and shedding labels that were never their own. I work with clients experiencing ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. I help couples improve communication and build conflict resolution skills.

I utilize an eclectic, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and more. Therapy with me is collaborative and gently challenging in a way that helps clients meet their goals. I am not a "blank slate" therapist and bring my authentic self into each session. I enjoy using humor as well.

As a queer and neurodivergent clinician, I deeply understand the need for a safe, non-judgmental space and provide that for my clients. I approach my work with cultural humility, honor the lived experience of each individual client, and am passionate about social justice causes.
