As a therapist, I believe in acceptance, showing up authentically, and offering a non-judgmental, compassionate, empathetic approach with my clients. I specialize in treating PTSD, codependency, eating disorders, grief, depression, and anxiety. I am a body positive clinician as well as an affirming therapist for the LGBTQIA+ community.
I primarily work with adults, and I am trained in inner child therapy, EMDR, shame resilience, art therapy and multiple other modalities I utilize in sessions to offer holistic care to each person. My role is to provide a safe space for you to know you are not alone, and that you are understood, accepted, and there is hope.
