Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, or difficulty in your relationships, I believe in helping you identify new meanings to your experiences and building on your strengths to help you navigate life’s challenges. Much of my focus involves assisting you in improving your self-esteem which helps to improve the quality of other life areas. I completed my internship within the university and community based settings, where I gained experience working with adults, couples, and families.
I use a holistic approach to therapy including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Client Centered interventions. I am also trained in evidence based practices including: Seeking Safety, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Managing Adaptive Practice (MAP).
