Hello! My name is Christine Perry, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe treatment should be as unique as each individual, therefor my approach is very client/person centered and strength based. This gives us the opportunity to utilize your needs to create a space in which you can heal and grow. I have experience working with young children, adolescent, adults, families, and caregivers with a variety of concerns ranging from stage of life to severe impairment of daily life.
Throughout my clinical experience, I’ve utilized a variety of techniques that are based in both interpersonal and person centered, for me this means that we work from the perspective that each individual has the answers they need. During treatment we will utilize Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (among others as needed).
My presence is therapy is empathetic, present, and caring with a dash of humor as appropriate. Depending on the stage of treatment I can be your cheerleader, your hope holder, or step up and be a guide for the next positive transition in your life.
